Tributes have been paid to former Boston United football Ludovic Quistin who has died at the age of 28.
The former Pilgrims player is reported to have been killed in a road traffic accident in Grande Terre Island, Guadeloupe last Monday.
Quistin appeared six times for Boston in 2007 and won nine international caps for Guadeloupe.
He later returned to face Boston with first Hednesford Town and finally with FC United of Manchester in 2010.
Pilgrims secretary John Blackwell was shocked by the news.
“He was a nice lad,” said Blackwell. “We lost contact with him after that, so it was a shock when I heard the news.”
