Mundys in Lincoln is celebrating after wining two prestigious titles at the 2012 International Property Awards in London.
As well as winning the award for the Best Real Estate Agent in Lincolnshire for the fifth year in a row, Mundys was also awarded Best Lettings Agent in Lincolnshire for the second year running.
The agency, based on Silver Street, was awarded five stars in each category and was one of only two agents in the UK to achieve this in both categories.
Philip Barnatt, Senior Partner, said: "We are delighted to win the top accolade for both real estate and lettings, particularly in the light of the economic crisis and the difficult property market.
"The partners and our wonderful staff have worked enormously hard on extending even further the high quality service we offer to each and every one of our hard-pressed customers.
"I believe our innovative approach to the business and the particular emphasis we place on employing highly trained and qualified people, has enabled Mundys to help all its customers achieve a successful and happy move."
To prove the firm's commitment to innovation in their award submission, Mundys highlighted their online video guides to Lincoln and the surrounding villages, which are particularly useful for buyers from other parts of the UK who are new to the city.
Another section of the awards entry form covered client satisfaction. In a recent survey of Mundys' customers, 97 per cent said they were satisfied or very satisfied with the service they had received.
Mr and Mrs Appleton from Nettleham said: "Mundys staff are very approachable.
"They are always willing to help and easy to do business with. Phil, Darren and Tom are brilliant!"
Mundys has also achieved five stars in the Best Lettings Agent in Lincolnshire award two years in a row.
Partner Steven Spivey said: "Our whole philosophy is about customer service, ensuring that both landlords and tenants have a positive experience when renting property.
"Carlene Pickering, who has recently moved into one of our available properties, was so impressed with the way Elizabeth dealt with the entire move-in process that she sent a big box of chocolates as a thank you!"
Miss Pickering said: "Elizabeth and the entire lettings team took all of the stress out of the moving-in process and even when problems arose, they were dealt with quickly and efficiently".
Elizabeth added: "It's so rewarding to manage the move-in process and I'm always thrilled when tenants collect the keys and move into their new home."
The 2012 International Property Awards, in association with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Yamaha and Gaggenau, were held at the London Marriott Grosvenor Square hotel in London on Friday 12th October.
The judging was carried out by a panel of more than 60 property experts.
