Police have charged a man with the murder of James Brodie.
Dean Betton, 32, of Raleigh Street, Radford, will appear before Lincoln Magistrates tomorrow.
A 31-year-old man, who was also arrested on suspicion of James Brodie's murder, has been released on bail, pending further enquiries.
Searches for Brodie's body have completed at Maize Farm, in East Heckington, Lincolnshire.
James Brodie, who was 19, is believed to have gone missing shortly after jeweller Marian Bates was shot dead during a robbery at the Time Centre, in Arnold, in September 2003.
