Matt Taylor scored twice as Forest Green eased to a 3-0 victory against Lincoln and moved to the top of the Blue Square Bet Premier table in the process.

Taylor opened the scoring with his fifth goal of the season in the 16th minute, firing home from close range after good work from Yan Klukowski down the left.

Only a superb save from Paul Farman denied Taylor his second as he lashed in a shot from the edge of the box that was superbly gathered by the goalkeeper.

It was 2-0 early in the second half when Taylor headed home Ed Asafu-Adjaye's right-wing cross from six yards.

Al Bangura had to be replaced by Magno Vieira due to injury shortly afterwards, and it was the substitute who made it 3-0 with another close-range finish after Farman could only push Taylor's header straight to him.

Kieron Forbes saw a fierce effort tipped around the post and Farman was at his best again to deny Steve Brogan with his feet as Rovers went in search of a fourth.

How childish the pair of you. Both of you are better than this and capable of posting more intelligent posts. So instead of you both just continually bickering lets have some constructive posts about our team The Imps as I know you are both more than capable of this.

Having just re-read my post of the other day, I cannot believe that you, Mrpdoff can get yourself so wound up! It wasn't even a personal attack on you! Geeezzz man you really do need to calm down lol. Talk about throwing your rattles out of your pram lol. I can't help but wonder what your behaviour would be like at a match, when things are not going particularly well for your team on the pitch!

Cut your gossamer skin? You come on ranting and swearing because Nigel diagreed with you. Then hand out a title to me because I disagreed with you, then get a bit of your own medicine back and of all ironies talk about me being childish and take your ball back. I don't go in for personal attacks as a rule but hate it when people try to supress debate. This may shock you but people will disagree with you and you are not always right.
