The sale of T-shirts celebrating the prospect of Margaret Thatcher's death at this week's TUC conference has been condemned as 'despicable' by Grantham MP Nick Boles.
One t-shirt bore a picture of a gravestone, and states: "Thatcher: A generation of trade unionists will dance on Thatcher's grave."
Another showed a caricature puppet of Lady Thatcher and states: "Hey Ho The Witch is Dead."
Mr Boles told granthampeople: "The sale of t-shirts celebrating the prospect of Margaret Thatcher's death at the trades union conference is despicable.
"But it just shows how completely militant trade unionists have lost the argument that they should resort to such desperate and cowardly tactics.
"Margaret Thatcher's legacy will live on long after they have been consigned to the dustbin of history."
Eighty-six year old Grantham-born Baroness Thatcher has been in declining health in recent years and has withdrawn from public life.
