James Waxman charged with assault and ASBO breach in Mablethorpe

A man in Mablethorpe has been charged with assault and breach of an ASBO.

James Waxman 34, of Byron Close in Mablethorpe, was charged with assaulting a woman in Mablethorpe on Monday, March 24 as well as three counts of breaching his ASBO.

He was put before Boston magistrates on Thursday, March 27, where he was remanded in custody.

Waxman will appear at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, April 3.

PC Gary Hill, from Skegness CID, would like to hear from anyone who was in the area of High Street and The Strand, Mablethorpe, at around 3.45pm on Monday, March 24, and who witnessed the incident in question.
