Pleasure Fair arrives for its regular visit to city's South Common

THE city's fair has arrived on South Common and will be entertaining crowds from today.

The City Of Lincoln Pleasure Fair will be running until September 25 and people from all over the region are being encouraged to pay it a visit.

Whirling and twirling will be available in abundance with carousels, waltzers and other fairground rides available.

There will also be all the usual traditional fairground foods such as candy floss, hotdogs and burgers.

The fair will be open on weekdays from 5.30pm, Saturday from 1.30pm, but will be closed on Sunday.

There is something to keep every family member happy and entertained.

Car parking is free and any money raised will go to Help For Heroes as well as local charities.
