Lincolnshire Archives is holding a drop-in session on Saturday, March 22 to pass on expert advice about how to research your past with tips on how to use local resources.
The workshop, in partnership with Farm the Land, is from 1-4pm and free to attend.
Farm the Land is an exhibition held by The Natural World Centre, which focuses on local agricultural history thanks to contributions from the public.
Mike Rogers from Lincolnshire Archives, said: “I’ll be offering advice on the wide range of sources held at the archives relating to farming and local history, and how they can be used to find out more about your local community in the past.”
Theresa Hobbs, Business Manager at the Natural World Centre added, “We’ve had lots of interest in the exhibition with the film footage being a real favourite. It gives an insight to younger visitors and a wander down memory lane for others.”
