East Midlands Trains is advising passengers travelling to and from London St Pancras International to allow extra time to travel due to planned tube strike action in London.

The RMT and TSSA unions have called a strike on the tube which began at 9pm on Monday and is expected to run until 9pm today, Wednesday, April 30.

During this time many lines will run with a reduced service and lines will open later and close earlier than normal.

Transport for London/London Underground has advised customers to check www.tfl.gov.uk to plan an alternative route or method of transport.

To be fair they are talking of trains to London and this most certainly is not one of those trains. Probably couldn't take a photo of one of them though as they are very infrequent visitor to Lincoln

Look a picture of a Lincoln train at Lincoln can the Echo consign to the bin the other picture (possibly Leicester) that was previosly used in all transport stories?
