After the Olympic Torch makes its way through Lincoln on Wednesday, thousands of people will welcome it to a huge celebration at Yarborough Sports Ground.
More than 10,000 free tickets for the event have already been issued on a first-come-first-served basis to people across Lincolnshire.
The night will showcase around 100 local performers as well as English rapper Loick Essien, brought by Coca-Cola, who has worked with N-Dubz and Chipmunk.
Local musicians, dancers and gymnasts will open and close the evening with around 25 musicians playing music from around the world, mixing dubstep, banghra and hip-hop.
Commissioned by Lincoln Drill Hall, local company In Production Music have brought together talent from across Lincolnshire to put on their show called One World.
A cast of 50 dancers and 20 gymnasts, parkour artists and free runners will welcome the Olympic Torch with a processional march and close the evening with another choreographed piece.
Lloyds TSB, Samsung and Coca-Cola will be providing a range of entertainment and Olympic-related activities, also giving the audience a chance to have their photo taken with the Olympic Torch.
People will have the opportunity to win tickets to the London 2012 Olympic Games courtesy of Lloyds TSB, simply by voting on the evening for a local community project that inspires and supports young people with a £5,000 grant given to the two most popular.
Gates will open for the evening celebration at 4pm, with live entertainment from 5pm. The celebrations will come to a close at 7.30pm.
