The growth ideas are outlined in the draft Core Strategy for Central Lincolnshire, which will set planning policy and aims over an area of 820 square miles. Central Lincolnshire's current population is 282,800 living in 128,368 homes.
A window display in and empty shop in Sincil Street, Lincoln, runs until Wednesday, March 13. The premises will be open with officials on hand to answer questions from midday to 2pm on February 7, 22 and March 1, and all day on February 13.
Drop-in sessions are also being held at Lincoln's Waterside Shopping Centre between 9.30am and 5pm on February 18 and The Source, Sleaford, from 10am to 6pm on February 21.
