It affected an area of the city stretching from Crofton Drive to Tower Gardens.

Power to each of the properties was restored within 30 minutes and customers have been told they should not experience any more problems.

Gnome i think there are approximately 40 business there, perhaps they meant they use the power of approximately 900 homes and therefore get a price discount for high usage.

Isn't Crofton Drive all business premises? I struggle to imagine that the whole tower estate would contain 900 homes.

Saving energy on a vast scale by stopping the power getting to where it can be wasted, now thats forward thinking. Well done Western Power.
