Sacha Baron Cohen is to star in a spy action comedy film called Grimsby.
The story is said to follow a British black ops agent who is forced to go on the run with his long-lost brother, who is a northern English football hooligan.
The Hollywood actor visited Grimsby with a film crew in October and was said to be coy about why he was filming.
He was given a tour of the town spending nearly half an hour with the owner of a long-standing fish merchant business.
When one of his co-writers, Phil Johnston, visited the town in August, he revealed the movie will be centred on football culture in northern towns.
