Skegness Bowl inside Skegness Pier is two and a half feet underwater following the worst tidal surge for 60 years last night.
Flood water rushed into the building at around 9pm last night, breaking through sand-bags.
All lanes are underwater and the assistant manager thinks they may be a write-off.
Scott Robinson, Assistant Manager said: “We are about one and half to two feet underwater.
“We have got the fire brigade here now and about to start pumping the water out - there is quite a big team operation going on.
“The bowling lanes are underwater, completely submerged.
"At about 8.30 it flooded the car park and within 5 minutes it was at the side of the doors and making its way in.
"We sand bagged all the doors but with the amount of water there was nothing we could do.
“It looks to me like a complete write-off at the moment.
“The lanes are all wood so with all the water they will perish.”
