A soloist who began his singing career in Lincoln is returning to his spiritual home to perform this weekend.
Bozidar Smiljanic will join the choir at Lincoln Cathedral to sing Handel's Messiah on Saturday, November 24.
Wembley-born Boz was almost tempted by a career in law before a choral scholarship at Lincoln cemented his decision to turn to music.
The Cathedral Choir will perform the oratorio at 7.30pm.
They will be accompanied by Lincolnshire Chamber Orchestra.
Tickets cost between £18 and £13.
They can be purchased from Lincoln Minster Shops on 01522 561644.
