Teenage striker Jordan Thomas has signed a two-year contract with Lincoln City.
He was the youngest player to feature for the Imps in first team competitive football when he came on as a substitute in a home game against Mansfield Town a year ago.
Thomas, 17, has been in prolific form for the youth team this season, scoring nine in three games in the FA Youth Cup.
The Grantham-born striker worked his way through the Centre of Excellence since he joined five years ago and follows Conner Robinson in becoming the second scholar to sign a professional term this season.
Thomas officially put pen-to-paper on his contract prior to the FA Cup tie against FC Halifax Town at The 12th Imp Sincil Bank Stadium on Saturday.
The Football Association and Football Conference confirmed his signature yesterday.
He has chosen the vacant number 29 squad shirt.
