Teenager charged over attempted robberies in Lout

A teenager has been charged over two attempted robberies in Louth.

Connor Thomas Scott, 19, of Keddington Road in Louth, was charged with the attempted robbery at a unit on the Station estate, Newbridge Hill.

He was also charged with attempted robbery at the Co-op in Newbridge Hill. Both incidents happened on Monday afternoon.

And Scott was charged for having an offensive weapon, which was a machete.

He is due to appear before Skegness Magistrates this morning.
