Object thrown at Skegness property causes permanent damage

Police in Skegness are appealing for information after an object was thrown at the window of a property causing permanent damage.

The incident took place on Drummond Road at some time between 4pm on January 2 and midday on January 3.

The victim reportedly heard a loud noise at around 7.30pm on January 2 but the offence could have occurred anytime overnight.

If anyone saw anything suspicious in the area at the time they are asked to call Lincolnshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 161 of 03/01/2014.

    Such a stupid article of 'news' begs belief. Where on earth do you find these so-called reporters. Jolly Bobbies perhaps? Worse still is the editor responsible; he/she must be well overdue for the issue of a P45. As an 80 year old it was only yesterday I offered my services as a news reporter on these pages. I positively could be no worse
