"Anyone with any information is asked to contact Lincolnshire Police on 101 quoting incident 181 of June 17." I suggest you give them a call, Ataxpayer1, seeing as how you know it's a crime when they don't.

I can't believe how crime is increasing while we are told crime-rates are going down. Sincil Bank is a terrible place to live now. I haven't been living around this area for long and already during this time, two murders and this. I have also witnessed a young lad getting beaten up, I rung the place while it was happening, gave good descriptions, the police never bothered to call me back and never caught the instigators. Youths hanging around on the streets, drunk and off their heads, even older people. I don't feel safe around here.
