Wonderful hidden reserve

“This nice nature reserve was well worth travelling to, that is once I found it. Look out for many birds, particularly those marsh harriers. I don't know anywhere else that you can watch these birds of prey in such numbers. Plenty of other wildlife around like roe deer, hares and those amazing water voles from reception. Certainly worth popping in for. Note that this reserve is 8 miles from Goole and is on the south bank of the River Ouse so don't go to the village of Blacktoft!”

RSPB Blacktoft Sands nature reserve is found at the start of the Humber estuary, just 8 miles from Goole and the M62 J36
