Nigel John Barthorpe, 46, of The Barns, Glebe Farm, Side Bar Lane, Heckington Fen, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to two counts of failing to ensure that the needs of fish for which you were responsible were met and failing to deal with fish carcasses. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months on each count and ordered to pay costs of £450.

University of Lincoln, of Brayford Pool, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to manage the risk from asbestos containing materials within premises where they were in control of maintenance. They were fined £10,000 and ordered to pay costs of £12,759.60.

John Robert Thompson, 32, of 4 St Rumbolds Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court damaging a wooden door to a value unknown belonging to Derwent Housing and possession of a quantity of cannabis resin, a controlled Class B drug. He was committed to prison for one week concurrent. He pleaded not guilty, but was found guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to causing harm to someone he was prohibited from contacting. He was committed to prison for two weeks concurrent.

Vitas-Arturas Bociulys, 45, of 43 Grosvenor Road, Skegness, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. He was fined £525, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with six points.
