Michelle Holmes, 47, of 7 Field Close, Ruskington, Sleaford, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. She was fined £525, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £60. Her licence was endorsed with six points.

Lucy Hyland, 19, of 2 Strubby Cottages, Langton-by-Wragby, Market Rasen, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving without insurance. The case was adjourned to consider disqualification from driving.

Margarita Isaconoka, 33, of 31A Portland Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of a bottle of Jack Daniels valued at £20 belonging to Sainsbury's. She was given a conditional discharge for nine months and ordered to pay costs of £40.

Geoffrey Little, 59, of 65 Robin Hoods Walk, Boston, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. He was fined £525, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £60. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Virgilijus Tirvilis, 41, of 14 Grace Street, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for two counts of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. The case was adjourned to consider disqualification from driving.

Christopher Dean Tomlinson, 19, of Witham View, Walcot Bank, Tattershall Bridge, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with six points.

William Francis McNally, 79, of Rose Villa, Main Street, Rampton, Retford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to being the driver of a motor vehicle when an accident occurred causing damage to another vehicle, failing to stop and failing to report an accident. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with five points.

Carl Lee Johnson, 34, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence. The order is to continue with five days specified activity added.

Idris Steven Williams, 32, of 4 Gordon Street, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence. The order is to continue with 40 hours unpaid work added.

Paul George Dobinson, 31, of 28 Peel Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving without insurance. He was given an absolute discharge.

Daniel James Morris, 41, of 39 The Innings, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 70 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath and obstructing a constable in the execution of his duty. He was given a community order with a supervision requirement for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £75. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 21 months.

Michael Graham Wright, 42, of 7 Kettlethorpe Road, Fenton, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 30mph. He was fined £65, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Mark Steven Barrand, 40, of 49 East Liberty, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and ordered to pay costs of £85.

Ryan Bradley, 32, of 10 Kent Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of two bottles of Smirnoff vodka to a value of £32.14 belonging to Tesco. He was given a conditional discharge for six months.

Daniel Roger Burley, 34, of 30 Nocton Drive, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to producing a quantity of cannabis, a controlled Class B drug. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £40. The drugs were forfeited and destroyed.

Dariusz Kawa, 28, of St Mary's Church, St Mary's Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of a DVD Blu-Ray box set to a value of £35 belonging to HMV. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £40.

Jurijs Novikovs, 30, of 5 Lindum Street, Newark, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of four tins of Stella Artois lager and a Rustlers chicken sandwich to the value of £6.88 belonging to the Lincolnshire Co-operative Society. He was fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85.

Luke Paul Ady Asquith, 23, of 28 North Parade, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. He was fined £45 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15.

Garth Stefan Bailey, 32, of 14 Windmill View, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault. He was given a community order with a supervision requirement for 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £100.

Vladimiras Kolosovas, 39, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to being drunk of disorderly behaviour. He was fined £65 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15.

Alan David Gordon-Griffiths, 49, of Homelea, Croft Bank, Croft, Skegness, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Sean Patrick Kelly, 26, of 81 Willingham Road, Knaith Park, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £45.

Oksana Martinkevica, 36, of 38 Arthur Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of two packets of Gillette Mach 3 razors to the value of £13.72 belonging to Wilkinsons, three packets of socks, one packet of boxer shorts, a pair of tracksuit bottoms and two Colgate toothbrushes to a value of £27.77 belonging to Boyes. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £13.72.
