Mark Clayton, 27, of 22 Sussex Gardens, Scampton, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with 10 hours unpaid work added.

Patrice Gamel Roberts, 44, of 12 Allison Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to damaging property, namely crockery, a telephone and a pane of glass to a value unknown. He was ordered to pay compensation of £50 and costs of £85. Her was detained in the courthouse.

Damian Wright, 31, of 6 Jasmin Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving without insurance. He was fined £350, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Francesco Angiolino Dascenzo, 22, of 2 Foundry Yard, Bridge Street, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to possession of 9.5 grams of methylmethcathinone a Class B drug. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £25. The drugs were forfeited and destroyed.

Scott Adam Roberts, 23, of 173A Newark Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to eight counts of making false representation with intent to gain goods to the value of £1,733.83. He was committed to prison for 22 weeks.

Boguslaw Bak, 31, of 16 Maple Street, Lincoln, was found guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for driving without due care and attention. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £375. His licence was endorsed with five points.

Christopher Frow, 57, of Nomad Trust, 15 Monks Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to two counts of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour. He was given a conditional discharge for six months.

James Jason Mulholland, 40, of 4 St Johns Vicarage Flats, 8 Ashcroft Road, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of denture cream and wash liquid to the value of £4.68 belonging to B&M. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £40.
