Varis Sneiders, 31, of 10 Leicester Street, Sleaford, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. He was fined £350, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £50. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for six months.

Michael Arron Buckthorpe, 22, of 13 St Davids Road, North Hykeham, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to being the driver of a motor vehicle when an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to a street sign and a garden fence, failing to stop, failing to report an accident, driving without insurance and driving without an MoT certificate. He was fined £185, ordered to pay compensation of £300 and costs of £15. His licence was endorsed with seven points.

Neil Ralf Faulkner, 62, of 2 Fayid Lane, Nocton Park, Nocton, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving without due care and attention. He was fined £160, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with three points.

George Simpson, 32, of 28 Chesney Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of a bike computer to the value of £40 belonging to Halfords, failing to surrender to custody, commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge, theft of 10 chocolate bars to the value of £11.30 belonging to Tesco, theft of a Curtis pink TV/DVD combo to the value of £79.99 and a jet steam iron to the value of £79.99 belonging to B&M. He was given a curfew requirement for four months, a community order with various requirements and ordered to pay compensation of £119.99.

Emma Louise Kinsey, 25, of 68 Park Lane, Burton Waters, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault. She was given a conditional discharge for six months and ordered to pay costs of £45.

Lewis Tripp, 21, of 1 Hereward Way, Deeping St James, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £100.

Elton Alla, 30, of Briar Vene, North Warren Road, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving without insurance. The case was adjourned to consider disqualification from driving.

David Ian Appleyard, 43, of 13 Vernon Road, Skegness, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 30mph. He was fined £60 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Ruth Benton, 39, of Corner Farm House, Main Street, North Leverton, Retford, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road. She was fined £200, ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £17.92 and costs of £90.

Slawomir Berezka, of 85 Thesiger Street, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road. He was fined £200, ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £10.84 and costs of £90.

Graham Bradley, 46, of 3 Endeavour Court, Sleaford, case proven at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for purchasing a vehicle licence with a cheque which was subsequently dishonoured and failing to return the licence when required to do so. They was fined £400, ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £65 and costs of £90.

Ashley Robert Brumby, of Plumtree Cottage, Benniworth, Market Rasen, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to deliver the part of the registration document relating to the transfer of a vehicle to a person who was not a vehicle trader.
