Amos Richard Smith, 38, of 158 Barnbygate, Newark, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for driving while using a hand-held mobile telephone. He was fined £70, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Katarzyna Edyta Soltysiak, 29, of 5 Lea Place, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 30mph. She was fined £50, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £20. Her licence was endorsed with three points.

Ronald Derek Turner, 57, of 59 Sykes Lane, Saxilby, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 30mph. He was fined £50, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £20. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Andrew John Wrisberg, 23, of 6 Fen View, Heighington, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for driving with no MoT certificate or insurance. He was fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Callum Michael Booth, 26, of 75 Lancaster Court, High Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of a Samsung TV to the value of £1,500 belonging to Brighthouse. He was fined £60, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and court costs of £25.

Steven James Bradley, 45, of 1 Fossdyke Court, Saxilby, was found guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for assault. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 120 hours within the next 12 months, ordered to pay compensation of £125 and costs of £275.

Kathryn Bradley, 48, of 3 Endeavour Court, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving without insurance. She was given an absolute discharge and ordered to pay costs of £25.

Sarah Jane Coupland, 32, of 5 Levers Close, Fishtoft, Boston, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 30mph. She was fined £50, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £20. Her licence was endorsed with three points.

Daniel Martin Cann, 22, of 3 Clarendon View, Ermine, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to causing harassment, alarm or distress which was racially aggravated. He was fined £95, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85.

Simon Ellis, 39, of 26 Cranesgate North, Whaplode St Catherines, Spalding, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. He was fined £600, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for six months.

Robertas Gudzinskas, 37, of 34 Trent Street, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 199 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood, being the driver of a vehicle when an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to another vehicle, failing to stop and commissioning a further offence while under a suspended sentence. He was fined £90, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 17 months.

Charlie Wells, 20, of Room 20 Lincolnshire YMCA Ltd, St Rumbold Street, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for behaving in a disorderly, indecent and offensive manner while travelling on the railway. He was fined £55 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15.

David James Bell, 37, of 74-74A Church Street, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault and resisting a constable in the execution of his duty. He was committed to prison for five months suspended for 24 months. He was given a restraining order with various requirements and ordered to pay costs of £100.

Charlotte Ann Crome, 32, of 4 Clasket House, Clasketgate, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to harassment, theft of a Blackberry Torch mobile phone to the value of £399.99 and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. She was given a community order with various requirements and ordered to pay costs of £75.

Karen Marie Lilley, 30, of 54 Shakespeare Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of two floral dresses worth £40 belonging to Peacocks. She was committed to prison for six months suspended for two years.

Jamie Paul Howard, 39, of 20 Bawtry Close, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to making contact with and being in the company of a person you were prohibited from doing by a restraining order. He was committed to prison for six months suspended for 24 months.

Robin Brettell, 44, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with five days compliance activity added.

Thomas Laddis, 26, of 8 Shaw Road, Boston, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to contacting by telephone someone you were prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and court costs of £85.

Raimonda Lapinskaite, 22, of 299 Monks Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of four D&G fragrances to the value of £140 belonging to Debenhams and theft of clothing to the value of £97.86 belonging to Sports Direct. She was given a conditional discharge for 12 months.
