Paul Speed, 45, of 7 Church Lane, Sleaford, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for using a colour television without a licence. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £60.

Jade Turner, 20, of 3 Sturgate Walk, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to using a colour television without a licence. She was fined £35, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £30.

Andrew Weavers, 31, of 14 Carlton Street, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for using a colour television without a licence. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £60.

Sarah Woodcock, 21, of 129 Macauley Drive, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for using a colour television without a licence. She was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £60.

Lee Alan Bramwell, 18, of 246 Laughton Way, Lincoln, was found guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £80.

Luke Crouch, 23, of 11 Fir Tree Avenue, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour. He was fined £85, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £120.

Rachel Scott, 40, of 8A Stenner Road, Coningsby, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. She was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. Her licence was endorsed with six points.

Darren Charles Cleaver Smith, 42, of 9 Sandringham House, Laughton Way, Lincoln, was found guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for damaging a door handle to a value unknown belonging to Lincoln City Council and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 60 hours within the next 12 months, ordered to pay compensation of £50 and costs of £200.

Stephen John Baggott, 49, of 39 Ermine Close, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to two counts of breaching a drinking banning order. He was fined £74 and detained in the courthouse.

John Edward Godwin, 41, of 61 Theaker Avenue, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of £880, commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge and entering a building as a trespasser and stealing a packet of crisps to the value of 65p. He was committed to prison for 18 weeks suspended for 24 months and ordered to pay compensation of £880. The order is to continue.

John Robert Thompson, 32, of 4 St Rumbold Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault. He was committed to prison for 18 weeks and given a restraining order.

Jonathan Charlton, 30, of 1 Laceby Street, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln magistrates' Court for driving without due care and attention. He was fined £400, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with five points.

Dale Fairham, 34, of 11 Alness Close, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of three packets of crisps to the value of 50p belonging to Poundland and possession of a quantity of cannabis a Class B drug. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15.

Rachel Leanne Gore, 26, of 23 Learoyd House, Thurlby Crescent, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a restraining order and assaulting a constable in the execution of her duty. He was given a community order, ordered to pay costs of £45 and compensation of £100.

Hall Leisure Ltd, Trunch Lane, Chapel St Leonards, Skegness, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. They were fined £900, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85.

Joshua Brian Shaw, 22, of 23 Harewood Crescent, Louth, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to damaging a window, a wall and two counts of assault. He was given a community order with various requirements.

Stuart Evelyn Foster, 36, of 22 Tennyson Street, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 74 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for three years.

Adrian Paul Knight, 30, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a non-molestation order. He was fined £110 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15.

Charna-marie Ann Slaven, 19, of 15A Monks Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of Christina Aguilera fragrance to the value of £39.90 belonging to Debenhams and assault. She was given a community order to attend an attendance centre for 18 hours and ordered to pay compensation of £39.90.

Gary Alan Walters, 34, of 21 Westcliffe Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 186 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. He was fined £500, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 20 months.

Shaun Philip Carey, 31, of 64 Addison Drive, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of Carlsberg lager to the value of £70.50 and Stella lager to the value of £16 belonging to the Co-op. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 80 hours within the next 12 months, ordered to pay compensation of £41 and costs of £40.

Dylan Paul Lindop, 18, of 20 Robert Tressell Walk, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of a bottle of Paco Rabane One Million fragrance to the value of £51 belonging to Boots and theft of Carlsberg lager to the value of £50 belonging to the Co-op. He was given a conditional discharge for six months, ordered to pay compensation of £63.50 and costs of £40.

Michael Cunningham, 34, of 334 Roman Bank, Skegness, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 60mph. He was fined £60, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Ian Stanley Moore, 43, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to two counts of being drunk of disorderly behaviour in a public place. He was fined £150 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. He was detained in the courthouse.

Ian Richard Norton, 39, of 33 Jarvis House, Ashby Avenue, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of food items and washing powder to the value of £33.15 belonging to McColls, theft of a bottle of wine and food items to the value of £21.97 belonging to Hicksons and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was given a community order with various requirements to run concurrent with existing order and must pay £85 costs.

Keith Thomas Saunders, 23, of 26 Bristol Drive, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to making off without paying for diesel to the value of £40.04. He must pay compensation of £40.04. He was detained in the courthouse.

Granville George Calladine, 66, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was fined £20. He was detained in the courthouse. The order is to continue.

Richard Mclaren Johnson, 30, of 2 Eastfield, North Muskham, Newark, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving without insurance. He was fined £270 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. His licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Joshua Albert Simpkins, 21, of 19 Alexandra Road, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 60mph. He was fined £60 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Jason Peters, 20, of 7 Stainton Gardens, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to sending a public electronic communication message which was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character and failing to surrender to custody. He was fined £150, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £50.

Jake Lee Bolland, 20, of 34 Alexandra Road, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. He was given an electronically monitored curfew for 102 days. The order is to continue.
