Dominic Alan Norris, 31, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to making threats to damage a motor vehicle window and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was detained in the court. The order is to continue.

Ronald James Chadwick, 39, of 8 Portland Terrace, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to causing unnecessary suffering to a cat by failing to provide veterinary care in respect of the animal's fractured leg. He was fined £135, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £100. He was disqualified from keeping or owning animals for three years.

Leanne Kay Housham, 21, of 21 Clinton Terrace, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to causing unnecessary suffering to a cat by failing to provide veterinary care in respect of the animal's fractured leg. She was fined £80 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15.She was disqualified from keeping or owning animals for three years.

Robert Fredrick Sands, 66, of 6 The Blackthorns, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to two counts of causing unnecessary suffering to three cats by confining them in an unsuitable environment and causing unnecessary suffering to two cats by failing to proving adequate nutrition. He was fined £635, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £760. He was disqualified from keeping or owning animals for three years.

Keith Shillam, 51, of Lion House, Brattleby, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 58 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £900, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 12 months.

John Edward Smith, 21, of 2 Buchanan Road, Hemswell Cliff, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of a metal roller to the value of £50. He was fined £75, ordered to pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £25.

Kevin James Thompson, 38, of Flat E, 2 Winn Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to possession of 4.7 grammes of diamorphine a controlled Class A drug, commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was fined £70 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. The drugs were forfeited and destroyed. He was also fined £70 for breach of the conditional discharge.

Richard Stewart Adlard, 28, of 29 Newhaven Drive, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 83 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, driving outside the authorisation class of a licence and without insurance. He was fined £110 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 17 months.

Audrius Cerapokas, 25, of 1A Rosemary Lane, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to using threatening, abusive or insulting words of behaviour with intent and failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 50 hours within the next 12 months. The order is to continue with 10 hours unpaid work added for the breach.

Perrie Louise Jackson, 19, of 33 Andover Close, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 64 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath and driving with more passengers than the car was intended to carry. She was fined £110 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. She was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 17 months.

Martin Robert Kidd, 30, of 51 St Denys Avenue, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 120 hours within the next 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £275.

Ashley William Mann, 23, of 97 Allenby Close, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to damaging a motor vehicle. He was ordered to pay compensation of £190 and costs of £40.

Malcolm Martin, 21, of Flat 4, 117 Hornsby Road, Grantham, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving while disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence and possession of a quantity of cannabis a controlled Class B drug. He was committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 18 months and ordered to pay costs of £40. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 19 months. The drugs were forfeited and destroyed.

Arturas Vasilcikas, 26, of 2A Oakfield Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 72 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £250, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 17 months.

Ryan Bradley, 32, of 10 Kent Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of food items to the value of £54 belonging to Iceland. He was detained in the courthouse.

Adrian John Hutchinson, 48, of 4 Tudor House, Welton Gardens, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of a bottle of wine to the value of £5 belonging to Lincolnshire Co-op. He was detained in the courthouse.

Alex Campana, 33, of 2 St Georges Way, Grantham, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. He was fined £600, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Richard Christopher Johnson, 32, of 3 Welbourn Road, Brant Broughton, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to two counts of assault and failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. He was given a community order, a restraining order and ordered to pay costs of £75.

Martyn Nicholas Pocklington, 51, of The Gables, Seadyke Road, Kirton, Boston, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to two counts of otherwise than under and to the extent authorised by an environmental permit, operating a waste operation for the storage of waste. He was fined £8,000, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £2,000.

Peter Jeffrey Pocklington, 61, of 14 Hall Road, Great Hale, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to two counts of otherwise than under and to the extent authorised by an environmental permit, operating a waste operation for the storage of waste. He was fined £8,000, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £2,000.

Reginald John Priestley, 67, of Church View, Station Road, Langworth, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to two counts of intending to deceive by using an operator's licence. He was fined £1,485, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £500.

Jonathan Peter Tatton, 33, of 51 Paddock Lane, Metheringham, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to depositing controlled waste, namely trade waste, in or on land without the authority of a current waste management permit, importing, producing, carrying, keeping, treating or disposing of controlled waste failing to take all reasonable measures to prevent the escape of waste from your control and failing to ensure the secure transfer of waste for authorised transport purposes. He was fined £400, ordered to pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £300.

Andre Baudouin Wilkin, of White House, Market Place, Caistor, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to contravening regulations in that you failed to keep a construction site used as a place of work in good order and in a reasonable state of cleanliness and failing to ensure that work at height on scaffolding was carried out in a reasonably practicable safe way. They were fined £5,000, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £1,800.

Paul Burton, 38, of 25 Rookery Avenue, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving while using a hand-held mobile telephone. He was fined £45, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with three points.

G4 SSD R&D, Regent House, Brookenby Business Park, Binbrook, Market Rasen, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. They were fined £650, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £150.

James Gray, 20, of 9 Keats Avenue, Grantham, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 60mph. He was fined £60, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Emma Krasinska, 45, of 294 West Parade, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 30mph. She was fined £45, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. Her licence was endorsed with three points.

Mohammed Harun Miah, 50, of 48 St Andrews Drive, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving without insurance. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43.

Carl Nicholson, 43, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault. He was committed to prison for 56 days.

Ian James Speirs, 43, of Thornefield, Thorpe Lane, Tealby, Market Rasen, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to harassment and driving with 61 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months, fined £140, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 16 months.

James Wetton, 22, of 76 High Street, Heckington, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving while not wearing an adult seatbelt. He was fined £45 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15.

Jonas Baltutis, 28, of no fixed address, was found guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for theft of fragrances, watches and clothing to the value of £263.50 belonging to Debenhams and pleaded guilty to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. He was committed to prison for 86 days.

Gary Hall, 34, of 3 Hanover House, Laughton Way North, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to possession of a utility knife in a public place and failing to surrender to custody. He was given a curfew requirements for 90 days and ordered to pay costs of £85. The utility knife was forfeited and destroyed.

Cheryl Natasha Helsdown, 34, of 1 Charles Street West, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with five days compliance activity added.
