Richard Ben Robinson, 32, of 22 Dixon Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of two hairdryers to the value of £119.98 belonging to Boots, shorts and a T-shirt to the value of £178 belonging to Peacocks, carrying an offensive weapon, namely an extendable baton in a public place and assaulting a constable in the execution of her duty. He was committed to Lincoln Crown Court for sentencing.

Damian Wright, 31, of 6 Jasmin Road, Lincoln, was convicted at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for driving without insurance. He was fined £150, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for seven days.

Cara Michelle Newstead, 35, of 8 Snowberry Gardens, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. She was given a curfew requirement for 30 days. The order is to continue.

Anne Marie Baillie, 36, of 83 Thesiger Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of perfumes to the value of £289 belonging to Debenhams, commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge and theft of towels, perfume and provisions to the value of £33.59 belonging to B&M. She was given a community order with a supervision requirement and ordered to pay costs of £75.

David John Kent, 39, of 45C Sincil Court, Sincil Bank, Lincoln, was found guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for not being at your place of abode and having with you articles for use in the course of or in connection with theft, namely screwdriver and other tools, having a black handled knife in a public place and he pleaded guilty to commissioning a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence. He was committed to Lincoln Crown Court for sentencing.

Raimonda Lapinskaite, 23, of 29A Dixon Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of a pair of Playboy boxer shorts to the value of £3.99 belonging to B&M and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. She was fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. She was detained in the courthouse.

Andrius Morkevcius, 24, of St Mary-le-Wigford Church, St Mary's Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to entering a building as a trespasser and stealing a trailer to a value unknown. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 150 hours within the next 12 months.

Emilija Raiziene, 23, of 88 Riseholme Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to entering a building as a trespasser and stealing a trailer to a value unknown. She was given a community order with a supervision requirement for 12 months.

Vitalijus Semionovas, 22, of 29A Dixon Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of a pair of Playboy boxer shorts to the value of £3.99 belonging to B&M. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. He was detained in the courthouse.

Nigel James Duncan, 24, of 41 St Johns Close, Leasingham, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving while using a hand-held mobile telephone. He was fined £60, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Paul Garner, 50, of Penridge, Tanners Lane, Corby Glen, Grantham, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 40mph. He was fined £220, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Damian White, 30, of 15 Cotman Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. He was fined £380, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with six points.

David Martin Lovell, 27, of 7 Park Farm Cottages, Kettlethorpe, Lincoln, was found guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for driving a motor vehicle when an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to another vehicle, failing to stop and driving without due care and attention. He was fined £245, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £100. His licence was endorsed with four points.

Lauris Mihailovs, 36, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months.

Lee Bellamy, 20, of 28 St Nicholas Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving outside the authorisation class of a licence and without insurance. He was fined £110, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £40. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Daniel Duncan Ryan Barnett, 33, of 5 Hurn Close, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of eight cans of Special Brew lager and a pack of ham to the value of £20 belonging to the Co-op. He was given a conditional discharge for six months, ordered to pay compensation of £20 and costs of £40.

Patrick Anthony McCauley, 22, of 15A Monks Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of six DVDs to the value of £11.94 belonging to the British Heart Foundation and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was detained in the courthouse.

Thomas Andrew Slater, 18, of The Cedars, 28-30 St Catherines, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of a bottle of vodka to the value of £14.47 belonging to Tesco. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and ordered to pay costs of £40.

Alan David Kasmir, 58, of 1 Manwaring Way, Swineshead, Boston, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 50mph. The case was adjourned to consider disqualification from driving.
