Cecelia Ann Vincent, 46, of 3a Church Street, Hemswell, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 40mph. She was fined £90, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £25. Her licence was endorsed with four points.

Thomas Blake Walker, 26, of 9 Park View, Legsby, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £85.

Paul Cyril Howell, 71, of Mount Pleasant Farm, Thorpe Fen Dykes, Wainfleet, Skegness, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 30mph. He was fined £60, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £150. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Darren James Allen, 37, of 16 Chapel Gate, Whaplode Drove, Spalding, was found guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. He was fined £500, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £250. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Marcin Momonko, 28, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £50.

Shane Paul Overton, 40, of 13 Parker Avenue, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to being drunk of disorderly behaviour. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months.

John Smith, 38, of 9 The Crescent, Coston Road, Buckminster, Grantham, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 60mph. He was fined £60, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £100. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Michael Taylor, 36, of 29 Waterloo Street, Market Rasen, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for driving without insurance. The case was adjourned to consider disqualification from driving.

Perry Ray Ansell, 18, of 41 Nocton Drive, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order was revoked and he was committed to detention for 13 weeks suspended for 12 months and ordered to carry out unpaid work for 140 hours within the next 12 months.
