Nicholas Patchett, 29, of 14 North Road, Leadenham, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to two counts of making a false statement or representation in order to obtain for yourself a benefit. He was fined £55 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15.

John Powis, 40, of 2 Bytham Road, Creeton, Grantham, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to notify the Department for Work and Pensions of a change of circumstances. He was fined £55, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £100.

David Creasey, 49, of The Flat, Orchard House, Lower High Street, Waddington, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to two counts of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. The case was adjourned to consider disqualification from driving.

Richard Edwin Haines, 58, of 26 Ashley Court, Ashley Close, Trusthorpe, Mablethorpe, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for driving in excess of 30mph. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £60. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Vilmantas Venskutonis, 23, of 33 Pettit Way, Fishtoft, Boston, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for driving without insurance and outside the authorisation class of a licence. He was fined £600, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £60. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Patrick Anthony McCauley, 22, of 15A Monks Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of two Play Station controllers to the value of £35.98 belonging to Asda Living and bacon, cheese and sausages to the value of £37 belonging to Premier Stores. He was committed to prison for eight weeks.

Benjamin Dean Clark, 25, of 14 Cromford Avenue, Newark, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 70mph. He was fined £225, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 28 days.

John Coulson, 54, of 3 Boundary Lane, South Hykeham, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving outside the authorisation class of a licence. He was fined £36, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £20.

Ian Martin Goodson, 48, of 30 Pilham Court, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault. He was given a community order with various requirements for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £85.

Elaine Grant, 52, of 29 Aegir Close, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 30mph. She was fined £450, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. Her licence was endorsed with five points.

Karolina Iskrzycka, 29, of 2 Glen Trees, Main Road, Gedney, Drove End, Spalding, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 30mph. She was fined £60, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. Her licence was endorsed with three points.

Daniel Patrik Dziwota, 18, of 8 Kexby Walk, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a youth rehabilitation order. The order is to continue with five days compliance activity added.
