Rachel Smith, 33, of 66 Coleridge Gardens, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for using a colour television without a licence. She was fined £400, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £60.

Mark Stone, 41, of 3 Pieter Maritz View, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to using a colour television without a licence. He was fined £40, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £30.

Julie Sumners, 51, of 19 Queen Mary Road, Ermine West, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to using a colour television without a licence. She was fined £40, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £30.

Harry Lee Smith, 21, of 33 Canberra Crescent, Grantham, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the a specified requirement while being under supervision. He was committed to a young offender institution for 30 days.
