Michael Gary Gedney, 46, of 305 Bourne Road, Pode Hole, Spalding, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. The case was adjourned to consider disqualification from driving.

Neville Harvey Graham, 33, of 111 Bunkers Hill, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 30mph. He was fined £190, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Tomas Jakas, 29, of 61 Croft Street, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for driving in excess of 30mph. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £60. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Pawel Wojciech Kleszcz, 26, of 74 Argyle Street, Boston, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for driving without insurance. He was fined £600, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £60. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Daniel Graham Law, 36, of 19 Laurel Close, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for driving in excess of 30mph. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £60. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Jordan Michael Ray, 18, of Flat 3, 39 Foster Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of a XBox 360 games headset to the value of £35 belonging to Asda and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was fined £85 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. He was detained in the courthouse.

Stephen Darrell Simpson, 60, of 32 St Margarets Drive, Sibsey, Boston, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 30mph. The case was adjourned to consider disqualification from driving.
