Karl Lewis Porter, 20, of 5 Mill Lane, Lincoln, was found guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £140.

UK Gas and Oil Ltd, of 20 Southgate, Sleaford, were found guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. They were fined £800, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £500.

Amy Elliott, 25, of The Pathways Centre, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court using or threatening unlawful violence towards another. She was committed to Lincoln Crown Court for sentencing.

Layton Hudson, 18, c/o 39 The Oval, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of Ralph Lauren fragrance to the value of £38 belonging to Debenhams, 10 Hot Wheels toy cars to the value of £75 belonging to Argos and possession of a quantity of cannabis a controlled Class B drug. He was given a community order for 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £113. The drugs were forfeited and destroyed.

Lewis Hutchinson, 21, of 131 Ropery Road, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with 10 hours unpaid work added.

Lesley Anne Nicholls, 33, of Room 1, 10 Bowling Green Road, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with 10 hours unpaid work added.

Kelvin Spencer Chambers, 21, of 10 Gregg Hall Drive, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 54 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £375, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 12 months.

Dariusz Kawa, 28, of 2A Gresham Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with a six month supervision requirement added.

Wayne Peter Betmead, 53, of 8 Harvey Kent Gardens, Bardney, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 30mph. He was fined £60, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for six months.

James Morris, 35, of 2 Doncaster Gardens, Navenby, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for driving without insurance. The case was adjourned to consider disqualification from driving.

Andrew John Wrisberg, 23, of 9 Brayland Terrace, Monks Road, Lincoln, was convicted at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for driving without insurance. He was fined £600, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for six months.
