Karen J. Barker, 47, of 20 Ashfield Street, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for driving without insurance and outside the authorisation class of a licence. She was fined £600, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £60. Her licence was endorsed with six points.

Stuart Ian Ealam, 47, of 69 Theaker Avenue, Gainsborough, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for driving in excess of 30mph. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £60. His licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

Holly Anne Parker, 25, of 19 Saxilby Road, Sturton-by-Stow, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 30mph. She was fined £150, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. She was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 14 days.

Brian Frederick Pearson, 45, of Rose Cottage, Kirklington Road, Eakring, Newark, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 30mph. He was fined £60 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Richard John Robinson, 20, of 19 Scott Gardens, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with 15 hours attendance centre requirement added.

Richard Stephen Verrall, 29, of 28 Church Lane, Scredington, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving a van with passengers sat on the floor in the rear. He was fined £60, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

Devrim Yilmaz, 36, of 131 High Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving outside the authorisation class of a licence and without insurance. He was fined £345, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Emma McDonald, 24, of 19 Beechcroft Road, Grantham, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 30mph. She was fined £45, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £15. Her licence was endorsed with three points.

Derek Bannister, 67, of 44 Welby Drive, Gosberton, Spalding, was found guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for dangerous driving. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 180 hours within the next 12 months, ordered to pay costs of £300 and disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 18 months.

Darren John O'Neill, 37, of 2 Fosseway, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault occasioning actual bodily harm. He was committed to Lincoln Crown Court for sentencing at a later date.

Antony Ronald Lempard, 43, of 3 Seymour Lane, Alford, case proven in absence for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. He was fined £500, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with six points.
