Wayne O'Sullivan, 25, of Glendale, Allwood North, Skellingthorpe, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 83 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath and failing to surrender to custody. He was fined £110, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 20 months.

Paul Freestone, 41, of 16 Station Road, Torksey, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of a mobile telephone to the value of £400 and a wallet containing £65 in cash. He was fined £73, ordered to pay compensation of £65, a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £30.

Kerry Marshall, 18, c/o 38 St John's Road, Bracebridge Heath, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of 12 cans of Stella Artois and one bottle of wine to the value of £27 belonging to Spar. He was fined £54, ordered to pay compensation of £27 and costs of £15.

Tammy Lesley Newark, 48, of 46 Joy Paine Close, Boston, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of two joints of gammon to the value of £10 belonging to Co-op. She was given a conditional discharge for six months.

Mellissa Houlden, 43, of 15 Railway Park Close, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to being drunk of disorderly behaviour in a public place and assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty. She was fined £70, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £20. She was given a conditional discharge for six months.

Ian Richard Norton, 39, of 33 Jarvis House, Ashby Avenue, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of deodrants to the value of £11.34 belonging to Savers and failing to surrender having been released on bail. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and ordered to pay compensation of £11.34.

Kerri Jayne Rees, 37, of 7 Moorland Crescent, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to damaging a uPVC double-glazed window to a value unknown. She was fined £70, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £40.

Layton Hudson, 18, of 39 The Oval, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to two counts of assault. He was committed to prison for 18 weeks.

Tom Andrew Robinson, 21, of 11 Bishops Dean Court, Scorer Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour and failing to surrender to custody. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and detained in the courthouse.

Vytautas Ignataucius, 38, of St Mary's Church, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to entering as a trespasser a building, namely an office at Lincoln County Hospital and stealing a purse and phone to a value unknown and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 180 hours within the next 12 months and ordered to pay court costs of £40.

Telech Mamedov, 48, of 19 West Street, Boston, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of trainers and a T-shirt to the value of £52.98 belonging to Sports Direct, not being at your place of abode and having an article for use in the course of, or in connection with theft, namely a foiled bag and failing to surrender to custody. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and detained in the courthouse.

Sharon Louise Poynter, 41, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of groceries to the value of £50.46 belonging to Tesco, four cans of Special Brew beer to the value of £7.37 belonging to Tesco Express, a leopard hair bando to the value of £8 belonging to Accessorize, T-Shirts and underwear to the value of £31.50 belonging to Primark and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. She was fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15.

Steven Paul Bennett, 41, of 22 Nettleton Close, Branston, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 30mph. He was fined £60, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

John Roy Berry, 68, of 51 Laurel Close, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 30mph. He was fined £130, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with six points.
