Scott Humphries, 38, of 15A Monks Road, Lincoln, was found guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for two counts of assault, using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent. He was given a community order for 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £150 and costs of £100.

Christopher Martin Harrison, 21, of 19 Holyrood Walk, Spalding, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to using or threatening unlawful violence, attempting to steal two bottles of alcohol and a packet of bacon to the value of £16.47 belonging to B&M and failing to surrender to custody. He was committed to prison for 88 days suspended for 12 months.

Stephen Troy Sacre, 36, of 20 George Street, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to acquiring, using or possessing criminal property and theft of cheese to the value of £1.50 belonging to Tesco. He was given a community order to carry out 100 hours unpaid work within the next 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £100.

David Luke Berriman, 20, of 2 Dogdyke Bank, Tattershall Bridge, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to damaging a Vauxhall Corsa to a value unknown. He was fined £75, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85.

Lee Alan Bramwell, 19, of 246 Laughton Way, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to damaging a uPVC door to the value of £100, using violence for the purpose of securing entry into premises and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was given a community order for 24 months, a restraining order for 24 months, ordered to pay compensation of £100 and costs of £85.

Matthew Taylor, 22, of 32 Trent View, Ermine West, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with five days compliance activity added.

John Christopher Boulton, 79, of Willow Farm, Ferry Lane, North Kyme, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for driving outside the class of a licence and without insurance. He was fined £40, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £25.

Christopher Frow, 57, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to two counts of commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was fined £135 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. He was detained in the courthouse.

Patricia Shaw, 39, of 2 Trent View, Marton, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to persistently making use of a public electronic communications network to cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety to another. She was given a community order.

Darryl Smith, 41, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. He was committed to prison for 12 weeks.

Trevor Lee Barlow, 32, of 3 Linton Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of a case containing computer discs to a value unknown. He was given a community order for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £40.

Liam James Carey, 19, of 64 Addison Drive, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of Carling lager to the value of £8 belonging to Premier Stores and two boxes of Carling lager to the value of £20 belonging to Asda. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months, ordered to pay compensation
