John Dower, 28, of Wolds House, Church Lane, West Keal, Spilsby, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. He was fined £150, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Philip Dyer, 51, of Croftside, The Green, Dunham-on-Trent, Newark, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to driving in excess of 30mph. He was fined £45, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £20. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Garry Neil Harrison, 39, of Fordington House, Fordington, Alford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to driving in excess of 40mph. He was fined £45, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Irene Beatrice Lee, 65, of Clay Farm, Clay Lane, Gate Burton, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to driving in excess of 30mph. She was fined £45 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. Her licence was endorsed with three points.

Donna Turney, 27, of 39 Chestnut Grove, Grantham, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. She was fined £150, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. Her licence was endorsed with six points.

Karwan Wakily, 41, of 93 High Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to seven counts of possession of pouches of tobacco with a trade mark on the packaging that was not genuine and possession of a bottle of vodka with a trade mark on the packaging that was not genuine. He was fined £210, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £350. The pouches of tobacco and bottle of vodka were forfeited and destroyed.

Darryl Royston Clark, 22, of 17 Melrose Road, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to assault, damaging a vase to a value unknown and failing to surrender to custody. He was fined £80, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months.

Jevgenij Bulionko, 20, of 14 Vauxhall Road, Boston, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. He was fined £600, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Emma Chester, 27, of 13 Boultham Avenue, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court for driving while using a hand-held mobile telephone and without insurance. She was fined £510, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. Her licence was endorsed with six points.
