George Timothy Brian Goulding, 21, of 47 Camwood Crescent, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to assault. He was fined £50, ordered to pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £50.

Christopher Charles Chandler, 31, of Flat 1, 73 Richmond Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to harassment, damaging an electronic theft alarm system to the value of £2,000 belonging to Tesco and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour. He was given a community order for 12 months, a restraining order and ordered to pay compensation of £500.

Jason Maddison, 39, of 5 Coalport Close, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to driving in excess of 30mph. He was fined £325, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with four points.

John Joseph Rooney, 27, of 1 Kemble Close, Birchwood, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to driving without insurance. He was fined £180, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with six points.

John Francis Wilkes, 75, of 9 Edgehill, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with changes and he was ordered to pay costs of £150.

Damion Sven Hourd, 33, of Flat 2, Fernlea, 3 Park Road East, Sutton-on-Sea, Mablethorpe, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to theft of three bottles of whiskey to the value of £95.16 and four bottles of Gentleman Jack whiskey to the value of £123.12 belonging to Morrisons. He was given a community order with various requirements for 12 months, ordered to pay compensation of £120 and costs of £50.

Scott John Griffiths, 19, of 17 Pinewood Crescent, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to destroying a Samsung Galaxy Mini mobile phone to a value unknown. He was given a conditional discharge for three months and ordered to pay costs of £150.

Anthony Mark Beck, of 26 Millfield Road, Metheringham, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to driving in excess of 30mph. He was fined £60 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Jeff Chesney Bell, 51, of 35 Westmead Avenue, Wisbech, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to driving in excess of 40mph. He was fined £60 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. His licence was endorsed with three points.

GE Hurst and Sons Scaffolding, of 42 Chapelgate, Retford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. They were fined £500, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43.

Philip Anthony Alan Hallgate, 33, of 5 Allenby Close, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to driving in excess of 30mph. He was fined £60 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Janice Marilyn McHamilton, 47, of 16 Wood Road, Alford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to driving in excess of 30mph. She was fined £60 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. Her licence was endorsed with three points.

Steven Joseph Robinson, 36, of 2 Oakley Place, Holbeach, Spalding, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to driving in excess of 30mph. He was fined £60 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Peter John South, 66, of New House, St Marys Lane, Binbrook, Market Rasen, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to driving in excess of 30mph. He was fined £60 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Trevor Albert Spencer, 66, of 3 Trent View, Marton, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to driving in excess of 30mph. He was fined £60 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Alan David Kasmir, 58, of 1 Manwaring Way, Swineshead, Boston, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court for driving in excess of 50mph. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £150. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for six months.
