Thomas Jefferson Smith, 18, of Garridan, Tinkers Lane, Waddington, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to possession of 0.5g of diamorphine a controlled Class A drug and causing harassment, alarm or distress, using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. He was given a community order with various requirements and ordered to pay costs of £50. The drugs were forfeited and destroyed.

Paul Bourne, 51, of 2 Maltkiln Close, Sleaford, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court for driving without insurance. He was fined £600, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Edvins Dinters, 47, of 75 Winsover Road, Spalding, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. He was fined £600, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Katarzyna Anna Konwinska, 37, of 31 Macaulay Drive, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to driving in excess of 30mph. She was fined £60 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. Her licence was endorsed with three points.

Levi David Matthews, 18, of 70 Balmoral Avenue, Spalding, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to assault occasioning actual bodily harm. He was committed to Lincoln Crown Court for sentencing.

Tracey McAuley, 47, of 6 Colonial Quarter, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to failing to notify the Department for Work and Pensions and West Lindsey District Council of a change of circumstances. She was fined £75 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15.

Klaudia Papaioannou, 45, of 80 Commercial Road, Spalding, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to theft of four joints of meat to the value of £40.88 belonging to Morrisons. She was given a conditional discharge for 12 months.

Jaroslaw Sielski, 43, of 80 Commercial Road, Spalding, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to theft of two bags of prawns to the value of £2.98 belonging to Morrisons. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months.

Dawid Maciej Zolc, 21, of 178 Cannon Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to driving in excess of 30mph. He was fined £60, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £20. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Andrew Owen Edwards, 38, of 50 Jarvis House, Ashby Avenue, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to theft of hair straighteners to the value of £40.84 belonging to Boots. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £85.

Charlotte Rebecca Storey, 30, of 11 Dickenson Terrace, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to two counts of assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty. She was fined £150, ordered to pay compensation of £25, a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85.

Graham Wright, 59, of 7 Walnut Place, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court to assault. He was fined £60, ordered to pay compensation of £25, a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £40.
