Susan Ann Patchett, 51, of 2 Lock Row, Torksey Lock, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for driving in excess of 30mph. She was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £60. Her licence was endorsed with three points.

Natalie Ratcliffe, 25, of 50 Sunnyside Park, Sea Lane, Ingoldmells, Skegness, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. She was fined £600, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £60. Her licence was endorsed with six points.

Michael Wells, 26, of 32B Townsend Way, Metheringham, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 40mph. He was fined £45 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. His licence was endorsed with three points.

William Smith, 30, of 21 Greystones Road, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to entering an area you were prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order. He was fined £50, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. He was detained in the courthouse.

Karl Michael Wadsworth, 29, of 45 Sincil Bank, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of perfume and body milk to the value of £92 belonging to Boots. He was given a community order for six months.

Carlo Bruno Benetello, 25, of 9 Belmont Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to being found drunk in a highway. He was fined £50, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. He was detained in the courthouse.

Mark Walker, 38, of 104 Foster Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to breach of the peace. He was bound over in the sum of £50 for six months to keep the peace.

Christopher Paul Andrews, 29, of 21 Monks Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 30mph. He was fined £60, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Jonathan Charlton, 30, of 1 Laceby Street, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for driving outside the authorisation class of a licence and without insurance. He was fined £800, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £60. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for six months.

Gary Lee Woodcock, 34, of 167 Cannon Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of drill accessories to the value of £41.66 belonging to B&Q and failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 40 hours within the next 12 months, ordered to pay costs of £20 and the existing community order had 10 hours unpaid work added.
