Mark Connolly, 33, of 20 Elizabeth Avenue, Tattershall Bridge, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving while disqualified, without insurance and with 59 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was committed to prison for 90 days suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for three years.

Brandon James Needham, 19, of 65 Camwood Crescent, Birchwood, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with nine hours attendance centre requirement added.

Michael Gary Gedney, 46, of 305 Bourne Road, Pode Hole, Spalding, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 40mph. He was fined £80, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £20. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 14 days.

Jamie Shaw, 25, of 34 Post Mill Close, North Hykeham, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to two counts of assault. He was committed to prison for 60 days suspended for 12 months, ordered to pay compensation of £150 and costs of £85.

David Edward Creasey, 49, of The Flat, Orchard House, Lower High Street, Waddington, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to two counts of driving in excess of 30mph. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £86. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Carl Steven Simpson, 46, of 145 West Parade, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to three counts of being drunk of disorderly behaviour in a public place and failing to surrender to custody. He was fined £220 and detained in the courthouse.

Thomas William Liddle, 20, of 17 Francis Chichester Walk, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving outside the authorisation class of a licence, without insurance and without due care and attention. He was fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Andrew Peter Nicholson, 46, of 21 Townsend Way, Metheringham, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to being the driver of a motor vehicle when an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to another vehicle, failing to stop, failing to report an accident and driving without due care and attention. He was fined £105 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. He as disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for six months.

Jim Smith, 51, of 7 Central Place, Grantham, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour, assaulting two constables in the execution of their duties, having a lock knife in a public place and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 100 hours within the next 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £45. The lock knife was forfeited and destroyed.

Michael Taylor, 36, of 29 Waterloo Street, Market Rasen, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for driving without insurance. He was fined £600, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £60. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for six months.
