Charnie Smart, 21, of 31 Marlowe Drive, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to making a false representation to the Department for Work and Pension with a view to obtaining a benefit for yourself, two counts of failing to notify the City of Lincoln Council of a change of circumstances and two counts of failing to notify the Department for Work and Pensions or a change of circumstances. She was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 120 hours within the next 12 months.

Tracie Lynda Cole, 41, of 3 Greenhill Drive, Bishop Norton, Market Rasen, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to possession of a quantity of cannabis a controlled Class B drug and driving without insurance. She was fined £135, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. Her licence was endorsed with six points.

Damian Richard Eastgate, 32, of 16 Almond Walk, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of clothing to the value of £200 belonging to The Original Factory Shop and meat products to the value of £50 belonging to The Spar. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £50 and costs of £50.

Christopher Jones, 48, of Manor House, High Street, Fiskerton, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving while disqualified and without insurance. He was committed to prison for 30 days suspended for six months and ordered to pay costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for three months.

Eric Edward Lindberg, 62, of 68 Abingdon Avenue, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving while disqualified, without insurance and allowing another person to use a vehicle without insurance. He was given an absolute discharge, fined £175, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Aaron Kieron Riley, 19, of 16 Addison Close, Navenby, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault occasioning actual bodily harm. He was committed to Lincoln Crown Court for sentencing. He also pleaded guilty to being drunk of disorderly behaviour in a public place. He was fined £70, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85.

Lewis Alvin Webb, 19, of 24 Cromwell Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to dishonestly undertaking or assisting in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods, namely a Specialized Myka mountain bike to the value of £600. He was fined £75, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £40.

Mark Frederick Paling, 36, of 2 Cromwell Avenue, Horn- castle, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for driving without insurance. He was fined £400, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Scott Adam Roberts, 23, of 173A Newark Road, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for using a motor vehicle on a public road when three of the tyres did not meet the minimum treed requirements. He was fined £450, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for six months.

Lee Ian Bellamy, 20, of The Pathways Centre, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to being somewhere you were prohibited from being by an anti-social behaviour order. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay a victims' surcharge of £15.

Shaun Anthony Boulton, 42, of 12 Lexington House, Newark Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of food items to a value unknown belonging to Tesco. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £50.

Stephen McGregor Bullen, 37, of 14 Mourn Terrace, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to being drunk of disorderly behaviour in a public place and failing to surrender to custody. He was fined £70, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £35. He was detained in the courthouse.
