Ashley John Barker, 18, of 24 Moorland Avenue, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order was revoked and he was committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months.

Shane Steven Allen Cooper, 22, of 6 Herring Lane, Spalding, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of drinks to the value of £7.01 belonging to Tesco and possession of a quantity of cannabis a controlled Class B drug. He was given a community order with various requirements for 12 months. The drugs were forfeited and destroyed.

Claude Croote, 68, of 25 Gomersall Close, Retford, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. He was fined £600, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for six months.

Paul Maurice Keeley, 46, of The Gables, Manthorpe, Bourne, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 70mph. He was fined £60, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Sidney Dean Price, 19, of 31 Sharpes Warehouse, Station Road, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to using threatening, abusive or insulting words of behaviour or disorderly behaviour. He was fined £80, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85.

Ashley Thompson, 20, of 4 Lonsdale Place, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with 15 hours unpaid work added. The order was extended by three months.

Mary Ann Dowdall, 40, of 4 Tudor House, Welton Gardens, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of clothing. She was given a conditional discharge for six months, ordered to pay compensation of £15 and costs of £42.50.

Scott Philip Everington, 21, of 12 Binbrook Close, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of a case of Carling lager to the value of £9.99 belonging to the One Stop Shop. He was fined £120, ordered to pay compensation of £9.99, a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85.

Gordon John Harker, 44, of 50 Braemer Road, Collingham, Newark, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 90 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 23 months.

Gintaras Urbonavicius, 23, of 11 Ely Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 79 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, driving while disqualified and without insurance. He was given a community order with a supervision requirement for 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 52 months.

David Roy Owen Burton, 20, of 106 Outer Circle Drive, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to damaging an Xbox console and game to the value of £15. He was given a conditional discharge for six months, ordered to pay compensation of £15 and costs of £43.

Stephen McDermott, 51, of 6 Elm Tree Close, Market Rasen, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to being drunk of disorderly behaviour in a public place. He was fined £60, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and court costs of £40.

Amy Rose Podesta, 18, of 2 Granville Terrace, Sutton Bridge, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to willfully obstructing a constable in the execution of his duty, assaulting a constable in the execution of her duty and using or threatening unlawful violence towards another. She was given a community order with a supervision requirement for nine months, ordered to pay compensation of £75 and costs of £85.

Shelagh Holt, 22, of 27 Trent Street, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of two cans of lager to the value of £2.80 belonging to Candy News and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. She was given a community order with a supervision requirement for nine months, ordered to pay compensation of £2.80 and costs of £40. The order is to continue.

Rebecca Headlam, 20, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order was revoked and she was fined £70 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15.

Tadas Nanys, 20, of 39 Stonegate, Spalding, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of two packets of minced meat to the value of £8.78 belonging to Tesco and failing to surrender to custody. He was fined £130, ordered to pay compensation of £8.78, a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. He was detained in the courthouse.

Igors Daskals, 20, of 66 Westgate, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving without insurance, driving outside the authorisation class of a licence and driving with 61 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £400, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £150. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 18 months.
