John Evans, 45, of 1 Boswell Grove, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to three counts of purchasing a seven day season rail ticket and cancelling the cheque. He was fined £450, ordered to pay compensation of £687, a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £150.

Mohamed Ahmed, 22, of The Plantings, Old Bell Lane, Carlton-on-Trent, Newark, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 30mph. He was fined £45, ordered to pay victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £20. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Kerry John Fletcher, 46, of 153 Monks Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of cycle wheels and receiving stolen goods, namely a Claude Butler cycle. He was fined £105, ordered to pay compensation of £25, a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £100.

Kerry Ann Gregson, 31, of 17 Norman Way, Bardney, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 30mph. She was fined £90, ordered to pay victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. Her licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

Benjamin Sands, 33, of 14 High Street, Helpringham, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving while not wearing an adult seatbelt. He was fined £45, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43.

Charlton Horace Miller Bishop, 22, of 38 Claremont Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The court order is to continue with a participation in employment, training and education activity added for five days.

Joshua Howard Martin, 22, of 33 Cross Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with 10 hours unpaid work within the next 12 months added and the order extended by a further three months.

Steven James Triffitt, 56, of 1 Sunfield Crescent, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with an alcohol awareness specified activity for five days added.

Martin Ronald Young, 33, of 26 Archer Road, Branston, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to comply with the requirements of a notice served under the Environmental Act. He was fined £600, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £250.

Darius Marozas, 27, of 18 Sheriff Way, Boston, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. The case was adjourned to consider disqualification from driving.

Andrew Charles McInnes, 40, c/o Parkways, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the direction given by a police constable. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. He was detained in the courthouse.

Mihaita Adrian Paul, 34, of 29 Westfield Avenue, Boston, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. He was fined £600, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with six points.
