Taylor Pearson Construction Ltd, of 5 Church Road, Martin Dales, Woodhall Spa, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing comply with the Health and Safety Act at Work Act. They were fined £5,000, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £1,710.

David Wallace Anthony, 53, of Greenshires, Quadring Bank, Quadring, Spalding, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving without insurance. He was fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Gail Butters, 49, of 7 Anderby Drive, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving without insurance. The case was adjourned to consider disqualification from driving.

Janet Dawn Cannon, 49, of Bocastle, Bardney Road, Wragby, Market Rasen, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 30mph. She was fined £135, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. Her licence was endorsed with six points.

Robert William David Cash, 26, of 69 Wragby Road, Bardney, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving without insurance. He was fined £190, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Robert Chater, 60, of 10 Covel Road, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 60mph. He was fined £400, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with five points.

Lee Michael Gardecki, 38, of 53 Tower Crescent, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 60mph. The case was adjourned to consider disqualification from driving.

Mark William Gibson, 51, of 39 Recreation Road, Bourne, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 30mph. He was fined £290, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Adam Orr, 33, of Bede House, 6 Eastgate, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to damaging a motor vehicle to a value unknown. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £480.

Grant Ryan Proctor, 30, of 61 Alness Close, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour. He was fined £75, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and court costs of £40.

Jade Wilbraham, 23, of 17 Bramling Way, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent. She was given a conditional discharge for six months, given a drinking banning order for six months and ordered to pay costs of £50.

Penny Tamara Redford, 30, of 1 Laughton Way North, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of fragrances to the value of £150 belonging to Debenhams. She was committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months.

Luke Waring, 27, of 39 Keddington Avenue, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' to possession of a folding pocket knife in a public place and was found guilty for not being at your place of abode and having with you articles for use in the course of or in connection with theft, namely a screwdriver, chisel and a knife. He was committed to prison for three months. The folding pocket knife, screwdriver, chisel and knife were forfeited and destroyed.

Stephen Sidney John Scott, 50, of 25 Piccadilly Way, Morton, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 30mph. He was fined £45 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Stanley Wilson, 68, of Manor Farm, Old Brick Lane, Bassingham, was found guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for assault. He was given a conditional discharge for 18 months, ordered to pay compensation of £300 and court costs of £300.

David Jennings, 35, of 15 Heath Road, Bracebridge Heath, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving without insurance. He was fined £460, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Paul Bernard Ridgeway, 54, of 11 Grunter Close, Lincoln, was found guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for theft of clothing and a B&Q pouch tool belt to the value of £92.50 belonging to B&Q. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and ordered to pay costs of £450.

Debra Janet Morley, 34, of 4 Arnhem Avenue, Ruskington, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving without insurance and having two tyres which did not meet the legal requirements. She was fined £180, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. Her licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Roofwise (Bourne) Ltd, of 70 North Street, Bourne, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act. They were fined £3,000, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £1,710.
