Douglas Lindberg, 24, of 68 Abingdon Avenue, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving outside the authorisation class of a licence and without insurance. He was fined £50, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £35. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Steven Patchett, 35, of 5 Orchard Way, Nettleham, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving without insurance. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Mark Christopher Andrew, 30, of Dell Cottage, Buslingthorpe, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 30mph. The case was adjourned to consider disqualification from driving.

Michael Bramley, 68, of 25 Cranmore Lane, Holbeach, Spalding, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving while not wearing an adult seatbelt. He was fined £40, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and court costs of £43.

Aiden Millar, 22, of 135 Doddington Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with an additional five hours unpaid work added.

Andrew James Beswick, 27, of 22 Chapel Lane, Leasingham, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to falsifying a document required for an accounting purpose namely entries showing that cash was present and accounted for when it was not. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 200 hours within the next 12 months and ordered to pay costs of £1,000.

Anthony Richard Roberts, 74, of 148 Yarborough Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to being the owner of a labrador/Staffordshire bull terrier cross and a Great Dane Ridgeback which are dangerous and not kept under proper control. He was ordered to keep the dogs under proper control by keeping them on a lead and muzzled when in a public place at all times.

Nina Akehurst, 50, of 2 Jesmond Farm Cottages, Kingerby, Market Rasen, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for driving while using a hand-held mobile telephone and driving outside the authorisation class of a licence. She was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £60. Her licence was endorsed with three points.

Ian Clifford Curry, 58, of 7 Wellesley Close, Worksop, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 60mph. He was fined £400, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with five points.

Pavel Dovilido, 21, of 9 Ashlawn Drive, Boston, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for driving without insurance, no MoT certificate and outside the authorisation class of a licence. He was fined £600, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £60. His licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Dominik Adam Dziechciwski, 25, of 51 Florence Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving outside the authorisation class of a licence and without insurance. He was fined £215 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15. His licence was endorsed with eight points.
