Christine Whelan, 57, of 22 Thorpe Avenue, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving without insurance. She was fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. Her licence was endorsed with six points.

Barry Archer, 31, of Flat 1, 3 Foster Street, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for driving without insurance. He was fined £150, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £20. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for six months.

Lee Ian Bellamy, 20, of Flat 16, The Pathways Centre, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to entering an area you were prohibited from doing by an anti-social behaviour order and assault. He was given a community order with a supervision requirement for 12 months, ordered to pay compensation of £50 and costs of £20.

Lawrence Newbury, 23, of 9 Summergangs Lane, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving a motor vehicle when an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to another vehicle, failing to stop, failing to report the accident and driving without due care and attention. He was fined £270, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Janis Rancans, 52, of 55 Eastwood Road, Boston, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. He was fined £600, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £60. His licence was endorsed with six points.

John Jake Webster, 18, of 30 Pocklington Way, Heckington, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to comply with the requirements of a suspended sentence. The order is to continue with 20 hours unpaid work within the next 12 months added.

Jason Balding, 36, of 6 Cabourne Avenue, Lincoln, was found guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to a case reopened for failing to comply with a request for information. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £200.

Christopher Francis Carter, 33, of Flat 4, 1 Cross Street, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of two cans of energy drink to the value of 84p belonging to Spar and commissioning a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was fined £25, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £25. The order is to continue.

Kenneth Frederick Smith, 28, of 2 Buchanan Road, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to intentionally touching a woman aged 16 or over and that touching was sexual when she did not consent and you did not reasonably believe that she was consenting. He was given a community order with various requirements for nine months, ordered to pay compensation of £50 and costs of £50.

Rachel Davina Hamilton, 30, of 23 Gibson House, Roughton Court, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to entering as a trespasser a dwelling with intent to steal therein. She was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 120 hours within the next 12 months, ordered to pay compensation of £397.20 and costs of £50.

Stuart David Lusby, 47, c/o 57 Mill Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 80 hours within the next 12 months.

Agris Nikulins, 28, of 4 Ashfield Road, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 71 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £400, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 40 months.

Rimas Turgusas, 25, of 125 Spilsby Road, Boston, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence and without insurance. He was committed to prison for 16 weeks and disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 24 months.

Rebecca Maria Merritt, 30, of 25 Water Lane, North Hykeham, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 89 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. She was fined £260, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. She was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 18 months.

Ross Ian Simpson, 24, of Lincoln Imp, Blankney Crescent, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assaulting a constable in the execution of her duty, driving without insurance and driving outside the authorisation class of a licence. He was fined £320, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Ian James Speirs, 43, of Thornefield, Thorpe Lane, Tealby, Market Rasen, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving while disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence and without insurance. He was committed to prison for 10 weeks suspended for 18 months, ordered to carry out unpaid work for 150 hours within the next 12 months and disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 18 months.
