Lee Graham Warner, 41, of 24 Toll Bar House, Bargate, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to assault. He was given a community order with a supervision requirement for nine months.

Robert Wojna, 28, of 148 Monks Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of 10 Frankfurter sausages to the value of £1.70 belonging to Tesco. He was fined £50 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15.

Sebastian Czarnecki, 28, of 3 Castle Terrace Road, Sleaford, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving a motor vehicle when an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to another vehicle, failing to report the accident, driving without due care and attention, driving outside the authorisation class of a licence and without insurance. The case was adjourned to consider disqualification from driving.

Gilbert Harrison, 75, of 7 Wellington Drive, Grantham, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving without due care and attention. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Alex Lambert, 26, of 12 Altham Terrace, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The community order was revoked and he was given a conditional discharge for six months.

Elviss Mecbergs, 26, of 220 Burton Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 30mph. The case was adjourned to consider disqualification from driving.

Lisa Pacey, 31, of 3 Romney Drive, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving without insurance. She was fined £350, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. Her licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Patrick Anthony McCauley, 22, of 15A Monks Road, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to theft of deodrant and fragrance to the value of £86.50 belonging to Debenhams and theft of a multi-tool of a value unknown. He was given a conditional discharge for six months.

Richard John Vernalls, 37, of 16 Princess Grove, Market Deeping, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving with 144 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of urine. He was fined £110, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £40. He was disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 36 months.

Jordan Ray, 18, of 8 Blenheim Close, Skellingthorpe, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with the participation in a specified activity compliance course for five days added.

Carl Dean Lunnon, 22, c/o 27 Park Avenue, Washingborough, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to theft of three Nintendo Wii games, two war medals, four rings, one necklace and money to a value unknown, committed fraud by using a bank card in someone else's name to open an account and theft of games and DVDs to the value of £195 belonging to Blockbusters. He was given a community order to carry out unpaid work for 80 hours within the next 12 months, ordered to pay costs of £85 and compensation of £195.

Christopher Munro, 29, of 29 Massey Street, Newark, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for driving outside the authorisation class of a licence and without insurance. The case was adjourned to consider disqualification from driving.

Patrice Gamel Roberts, 44, of 12 Allison Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to sending by means of a public communications network a message that was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £100.
