Alasdair John Hodgson, 42, of 96 Washingborough Road, Heighington, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for driving in excess of 30mph. He was fined £70, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Paul Martin, 46, of 11 Lupin Road, Lincoln, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. He was fined £400, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Lee Meggett, 38, of 36 Pasture Road, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 30mph. He was fined £70, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Daniel Newton, 32, of Meadfoot, Station Road, Hubberts Bridge, Boston, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. He was fined £400, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £85. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Dominic Alan Norris, 31, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to having a blade or sharply pointed article, namely a lock knife in a public place and theft of a bottle of Burra Brook Chardonnay to a value unknown belonging to Marks and Spencer. He was committed to prison for 98 days. The lock knife was forfeited and destroyed.

Mark Wayne Hildred, 37, of 50 Edward Road, Gainsborough, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving in excess of 30mph. He was fined £70, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £20. His licence was endorsed with three points.

Michael James Watt, 28, of 30 Bargate, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. He was fined £450, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £43. His licence was endorsed with six points.

Gail Ann Butters, 49, of 7 Anderby Drive, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to driving without insurance. She was fined £80, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and cots of £43.
