Steven Rowlands, 59, of Hill Farm, Grasby Road, North Kelsey Moor, Market Rasen, case proven in absence at Lincoln Magistrates' Court for owning a vehicle which was incorrectly insured. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £110.

Leanne Sarah McGrath, 30, of 3 Rosewood Close, Lincoln, pleaded guilty to theft of groceries to the value of £18 and lager to the value of £6.09 belonging to Oakwood Stores, wine to the value of £42 and groceries to the value of £17.44 belonging to Tesco. She was given a community order for 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £66.09.

Mantas Brazenas, 31, of 4 Spa Street, Lincoln, pleaded guilty at Lincoln Magistrates' Court to failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. The order is to continue with an extension of six months and addition of 20 hours unpaid work.
